Shopkeeper Says “NO REFUND”? Know Your Consumer Rights! ⚖️
About this short
Shopkeeper says “Goods Once Sold Will Not Be Returned” — but does that end your legal rights?
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, a consumer may have legal remedies where goods are defective, misrepresented, deficient, or otherwise covered by consumer law.
Section 39 empowers the Consumer Commission, in appropriate cases, to order remedies such as:

✅ Replacement of goods
✅ Refund of price
✅ Compensation
